Thdy are essenced that they'll help anyone the doper the alcoholis the homeless.n so on. In 1985 i was told if i went up in West Virginia n helped cleanup Nd rebuild after thd flood of 1985 that it was God's punishment against those flood victims for being poor with shanties n pumping water w hand pump n so on.that if i went to help them i wouldnt b welcomed back to their church as i would b bringing God's judgement agsins them. What hypocrites. One preacher said Ronald Reagan was God. 😊

Beware of their stores selling "long term" foods. Don't forget to check the dates, in the Very fine print.... Last food I bought was 2018, purchased in 2023. So they shaved at least 5 years of supposed shelf-life off. I won't be buying from them again.

Thank you to what looks like a Chinese person who recorded this. I have found a number of interested people on the phone. People who I do business with, at least a few of their customer service people, they sometimes want to know more about the church….but not to detract from their work time, sometimes we can share just a little….

I loved volunteering there…..there was a great feeling as I served. I am not as well now, or I would go still, but my brothers serve at the local cannery.

This is really a retention and proselytization agenda. I'm not necessarily against it. But as someone who grew up in the faith. I will tell you that targeting at-risk and precarious populations pays dividends in terms of conversions and baptisms. The Bishop Storehouse in my city is in the poorest part of a Latino community in my city of Los Angeles.

when i volunteered at a Veterans center we would routinely get donations to *our* food pantry (the veterans center food pantry) from the LDS church. i think thats where i first found out about it.

My bishop said that if you are in need of food, money, clothes, etc. the church should be your last resort because no matter what the church will say yes to help you of your neeedings. Grateful for this giving church.

I'm a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints. just like they said in the video member or not if you are in need don't be afraid to call your local meeting house and speak with the bishop of that meeting house they will help you in any way they can and they do.

I truly admire all the charity work they do and I will support them in it, but it doesn't change the fact that their doctrine and beliefs are still false and that they have perverted the Gospel, not restored it.

I live in Utah. The main Mormon state. I love my Mormon friends of who I have ma y. Also my many Mormon physicoans who lovingly, take care of my health needs. Utah is a great state to live in. I learned a lot from them. After 30 yrs of living here they still try to convert me. I ll never convert. But I deeply love and respect them.
